CSV Southern Ocean Gets More Work

Oceanteam said that the contract for CSV Southern Ocean, entered into in February 2018, has been further extended with one month firm plus options. Oceanteam said that the contract for CSV Southern Ocean, entered into in February 2018, has been further extended with one month firm plus options.

The construction support vessel will continue to be assigned to multiple smaller projects within the APAC region.

The CSV Southern Ocean is a DP2 vessel with 250 and 100 tonnes fully heave compensated cranes, 2400 m2 deck space, 10.000 tonnes DWT, and extensive accommodation. It can be utilized for field support, construction, installation and IRM.

The vessel is owned by a joint venture between Bourbon Offshore Norway and Oceanteam.
