Danish transmission system operator Energinet has issued a tender searching for a provider of offshore helicopter services.
Under the five-year service contract, the awarded company will be in charge of providing helicopter transport of passengers and cargo to and from Energinet’s offshore installations, as well as the accompanying crew.
The helicopter and crew will need to be available within a minimum of two hours and a maximum of four hours from Energinet’s first notice on Monday or Saturday and will be on standby on Sundays and bank holidays.
Additionally, the contractor will be required to provide helicopter hoist operations (HHO) if necessary.
The estimated purchase of rotor hours per year is 150, while the guaranteed minimum purchase of rotor hours per year is 100, Energinet said.
The deadline for submitting applications is 22 October at 15:00 p.m. Central European Time (CET).
