Solstad Keeps Its CSVs Busy

Solstad Offshore has secured contracts for two of its construction support vessels, the Normand Jarstein and the Normand Clipper. Solstad entered into a contract with DeepOcean for the CSV Normand Jarstein. The contract will start in March for the 2019 season, with further options for 2020 and 2021.

Solstad Offshore has secured contracts for two of its construction support vessels, the Normand Jarstein and the Normand Clipper.

Solstad entered into a contract with DeepOcean for the CSV Normand Jarstein.

The contract will start in March for the 2019 season, with further options for 2020 and 2021.

DeepOcean will mobilize two WROV systems onboard and use the vessel on their projects within the oil & gas and renewables sectors, Solstad noted.

Furthermore, Rever Offshore UK (earlier known as Bibby Offshore) have declared their 2019 option for charter of the CSV Normand Clipper.

Operations will take place in the North Sea and the contract period is minimum 120 days firm.

The start of the contract is between March 15 and April 15, 2019.
