STAPEM Offshore has acquired Film-Ocean, a provider of remotely operated vehicle (ROV) services in the oil & gas, offshore wind and waterways sectors.

“ Film-Ocean provides a hugely exciting opportunity for STAPEM Offshore, enabling our customers to benefit from increased resources, shared knowledge and enhanced innovation potential, ” said Jean-Marc Gerber . “As a great addition to our existing ROV services, the move enables us to provide a wider range of technical and innovative ROV solutions to better serve customers, in both oil & gas and renewable markets.”

The acquisition of Film-Ocean supports STAPEM Offshore plans for growth in new and existing markets, with a particular focus on the offshore wind farm sector.
