LNT Marine signed a frame cooperation agreement with Huarun Dadong Dockyard (HRDD) in China for the cooperation on LNG carrier repairs, upgrading and conversion.
In a brief social media statement, LNT Marine noted that the two companies will work on promoting the LN Fuel Box solution on the market.
The LNT Fuel Box is the first prismatic tank with 2 barg pressure, and has already received the approvals in principle from ABC and CCS classification societies, the statement reads.
The Shanghai-based Huarun Dadong Dockyard shipyard will carry out the conversion job for a 15,000 TEU Hapag-Lloyd container ship Sajir to LNG fuel.
