Seatec Scoops Up New Equipment Orders

The Nederlands-based technical solutions provider Seatec said it has received two new orders. The first award is for design and delivery of a deep-water pump system that can operate up to 3000 msw and have a lifting capacity of 300 tons. The Nederlands-based technical solutions provider Seatec said it has received two new orders.

The first award is for design and delivery of a deep-water pump system that can operate up to 3000 msw and have a lifting capacity of 300 tons.

The unit will consist of the following main parts: ROV control panel (60mm valvestabs and 35mm hotstabs); 2 waterpumps upto 600m3/hr; Subsea display system with intelligent batterypack (for logging and various readouts e.g. depth and hydr.pressures); 40 inch vent valve; various hydraulic compensators

Delivery will include control & workshop container and it is expected to take place in Q2 2019.

In addition, the company said it has has received order for custom design winch system.

Unit will be compact 3kW system with safe working load of 500 kilograms.

Drum capacity is 150mtr@17mm umbilical and will be guided via integrated spooler device.

It will get both integrated electrical/optical as well as pneumatic slipring unit.

Delivery will also be in Q2 2019.
