Heerema Marine Contractors, Decom Energy and AF Offshore Decom, have jointly launched a new company – Fairfield Decom.
Fairfield Decom was established as a late-life operations and decommissioning operator, providing solutions for aging offshore oil and gas assets, primarily in the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS).
In support of the new venture, Koos-Jan van Brouwershaven , CEO Heerema, said: “ Heerema is proud to be part of this unique new venture. The venture is subject to the approval of the Norwegian Competition Authority.
