The appointment comes after the resignation of Jonathan Swain as company secretary effective June 14, 2019.
“The company thanks Mr Swain for his service as company secretary,” Aquabotix said.
Aquabotix appointed Sundaraj to replace Swain as company secretary.
Sundaraj previously held the role of company secretary from March 9, 2017 to January 25, 2019.
