The Fluxys-operated Zeebrugge liquefied natural gas terminal in Belgium booked three cargoes of LNG from Qatar.
The shipping data shows the first of the three cargoes being transported onboard the Onaiza LNG carrier, with a capacity of 210,000 cubic meters. The vessel is scheduled to dock at the terminal on July 7, the data shows.
The second od the three cargoes is being transported onboard the GasLog Skagen LNG tanker, capable of transporting up to 155,000 cubic meters of LNG. The vessel set off from Qatar’s Ras Laffan LNG complex on June 28 and is scheduled to dock at the Zeebrugge LNG facility on July 16.
The remaining cargo is scheduled for delivery on July 21. It is being transported onboard the 210,000-cbm Q-Flex LNG vessel Al Karaana that set off from Qatar on July 3.
The Zeebrugge LNG terminal, that mainly imports LNG from Qatar, has an annual throughput capacity of nine billion cubic meters of natural gas.
