Gassco, the company running the Norwegian gas infrastructure, named Jan Skogseth as the new chairman of the board.
Skogseth takes over after Mimi Berdal, who has been a board director since 2007 and chairman of the board since 2016.
Skogseth has more than 35 years of experience from the oil, gas and renewable industry, both in Norway and international.
He was president and CEO for Aibel from 2008 to 2017 and played a key role in establishing new presence and business for the company on several continents.
