Australian LNG player Woodside has scheduled maintenance at the Karratha gas plant, part of the North West Shelf project.
According to a company notice, it will start maintenance on July 26 on one LNG train with expected completion on August 13.
Further work on multiple LNG trains at the Karratha gas plant is set to take place during September with start of works scheduled for September 5 and completion expected by October 1.
Woodside did not specify in its notice which LNG trains will be worked on.
Earlier this year, however, a company spokesperson told LNG World News that work will be done on LNG train 1 during the month July, with an expected duration of up to 19 days.
The spokesperson then also said that work will take place on the fifth liquefaction train in September.
The Karratha gas plant, located 1260 kilometers north of Perth, includes five LNG processing trains with a total production capacity of 16.9 mtpa, two domestic gas trains, six condensate stabilization units, three LPG fractionation units as well as storage and loading facilities for LNG, LPG and condensate.
