Hagland Shipbrokers, a merger of the Norway-based RG Hagland AS and Denmark’s North Sea Shipbrokers, has completed the rebranding of all offices.
After 18 months of cooperation between the offices in Norway and Denmark, the German and UK offices have been incorporated and rebranded to Hagland Shipbrokers.
The company said it will now consist of 27 brokers in total, with 17 working in the offshore and renewables market.
RG Hagland and North Sea Shipbrokers agreed to combine their shipbroking activities within the renewables market at the beginning of 2018.
As part of the agreement, Hagland acquired 49% of the shares in North Sea Shipbrokers through a combination of share purchase and subscription of new shares.
