SeaBird Exploration has completed the acquisition of BOA Galatea vessel from BOA SBL.
The company entered into an agreement with BOA in May 2019, to acquire two vessels, BOA Galatea and BOA Thalassa.
The acquisition of BOA Thalassa was completed on June 13, 2019, and the acquisition of BOA Galatea was completed on July 25, 2019.
23,055,372 new shares of the company has been issued as part consideration for the vessel.
The company earlier noted that values the vessels at NOK 185 million (close to $22 million).
