Norwegian offshore vessel operator Solstad Offshore has won a contract extension for its construction support vessel Normand Pacific.
The offshore vessel has been working for the offshore cabling specialist Prysmian, which has now exercised its option to extend.
The extension in for two years. The contract is now expected to keep the vessel busy with Prysmian until December 31, 2021.
Also, Prysmian will have an option to further extend the contract for three more years. The Normand Pacific has been on a charter with Prysmian since August 2016.
