FESCO inks LNG supply deal with Chinese counterparts

Russian logistics company FESCO and its Chinese counterparts Best Ship Energy Management and Zhe Jiang Rui Neng Ocean Shipping have partnered up on LNG transport.

Russian logistics company FESCO and its Chinese counterparts Best Ship Energy Management and Zhe Jiang Rui Neng Ocean Shipping have partnered up on LNG transport.

According to FESCO’s statement, the companies have agreed to develop intermodal transport of liquefied natural gas in tank containers from Russia’s Far East to China.

FESCO pledged to develop logistics schemes for the supply of LNG in tank containers with transportation to the northern provinces to include regular land routes while the central and southern provinces will be supplied via sea.

The company added it is ready to provide its transportation fleet for the project.

In return, the Chinese pair has agreed to provide their fleet to service the agreement, and have also agreed to provide sale services of liquefied natural gas in China.
