Kim Heng Offshore & Marine’s wholly owned subsidiary Kim Heng Shipbuilding & Engineering (KHSE), has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding for offshore wind farm projects in Taiwan.

The company signed the MoU with an unnamed subsea cable installer to jointly conduct offshore wind farm cable laying projects in Taiwan.

The parties have agreed to work towards signing a formal contractual agreement.

The companies did not disclose the names of the projects that they will be working on under the MoU.
