Four liquefied natural gas cargoes are set to be delivered over the coming days to the import terminals in the United Kingdom.
According to the shipping data released by the Milford Haven Port Authority, the first of the four cargoes is being transported onboard the 161,859-cbm Maran Gas Sparta. The vessel loaded the cargo at the Sabine Pass LNG export plant in Louisiana and is scheduled to deliver it to the Dragon LNG terminal on January 23.
It is the only delivery to the Dragon LNG terminal as the remaining three scheduled cargoes are all heading to the South Hook facility.
First of the deliveries is scheduled to be made on January 24 when the 210,157-cbm Q-Flex carrier Umm Al Amad is set to dock at the South Hook LNG import terminal.
It will be followed by the 217,000-cbm LNG carrier Al Khuwair that is set to deliver its load on January 25. Both cargoes have been sourced at Qatar’s Ras Laffan LNG complex.
The remaining cargo being transported onboard the 161,941-cbm Maran Gas Apollonia is scheduled to dock at the South Hook facility on January 28. Like the Maran Gas Sparta, it has also lifted a cargo at Cheniere’s Sabine Pass LNG facility in Louisiana.
