U.S. weekly LNG exports flat

Liquefied natural gas exports from the United States remained flat over the previous week.

Data from the United States Energy Information Administration (EIA) shows seven cargoes departed U.S. LNG export plants.

The tankers departing during the week ending July 29, had a combined LNG-carrying capacity of 25 BIllion cubic feet.

The figures remained the same compared to the previous week.

Cameron LNG and Cove Point LNG facilities shipped two cargoes each while Cheniere’s Sabine Pass and Corpus Christi plants added one each. Freeport LNG plant also shipped a single cargo during the period.

EIA further noted that natural gas deliveries to liquefied natural gas export terminals slipped for the week. Pipeline deliveries reached 3.2 Bcf/d, down from 3.7 Bcf in the previous week.
