Dogger Bank Wind Farm

Dogger Bank Wind Farm and its tier 1 contractors are holding a series of supply chain webinars for the 3.6 GW offshore wind project.

The webinars will focus on introducing the Dogger Bank wind farm development and the tier 1 contractors, and will showcase the opportunities the project offers with a particular focus on tier 2 contracts.

After all the webinars, one-to-one meetings will be arranged with the project developer and tier 1 contractors selecting who they would like to meet.

The focus of the meetings will be potential tier 2 contractors, particularly from the UK supply chain.

The webinars, which will be held every day from 15 to 25 September, are free to attend.

Dogger Bank Wind Farm , being delivered 130 km off the coast of Yorkshire in three 1.2 GW phases, will be the world’s largest offshore wind farm when completed.

The project, owned by Equinor and SSE Renewables, will comprise GE Haliade-X 12 MW turbines. Construction began in January, with commercial operation expected in 2023.
