N-Sea Group and Lankelma have come together to invest in ROSON seabed CPT and high powered vibrocorer to deliver geotechnical services from beach landings to offshore.

In addition to acquiring new equipment, this partnership plans to provide various offshore activities in oil and gas, renewables, and interconnector markets.

To do this, they rely on Lankelma’s on and nearshore geotechnical investigations and N Sea’s offshore survey experience, as reported in the announcement.

“The seabed services are a logical extension of our geotechnical marine services and we are very excited to be able to partner these with N-Sea and optimise the service range we can offer our clients” , said Eric Zon , managing director of Lankelma.

At the beginning of the year, Lankelma purchased ROSON 50kN seabed CPT unit, which features a 500 m depth rating with a further 50 m of CPT and a compact wheel drive system, from A. P. Van Den Berg.
