Chevron Australia has awarded Ventia a ten-year maintenance contract for works on the Gorgon LNG facility.

As one of the largest essential services providers in Australia and New Zealand, Ventia is to become the primary maintenance contractor for the works in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

The company will deliver front-line and campaign maintenance, brownfield execution scopes, and turnaround events at Chevron-operated LNG facilities in Western Australia, in accordance with orders placed by Chevron.

Ventia says it expects annual revenue of approximately A$100 million subject to predicted volumes and work orders being issued.

Works under the scope of the contract are expected to commence in the third quarter of 2021.
