Pioneer Pegasus hires T7's mini ROVs

Malaysian T7 Global Berhad has won a contract by Pioneer Pegasus to provide mini remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) for underwater services.

T7’s subsidiary Tanjung Offshore Services will provide underwater inspection and maintenance services for ten platforms accumulatively in Sabah and Sarawak using mini ROVs.

The contract was signed on 12 July and is expected to be finished with the completion of the platform inspection campaign by end of 2022.

“Our strategy has worked well since our inception in 2019 by providing our underwater inspection, maintenance and repair services through several Petronas projects. Now we will be focusing on expanding the client base through other offshore operators,” said Nik Norzrul Thani N. Hassan Thani , T7 Global chairman.
