The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) reports that LNG exports are down by one vessel this week from last week.
EIA noted that for the week between 10 March and 16 March, a total of 22 LNG vessels departed the United States’ facilities. This is one LNG carrier less than in the last week.
Nine vessels were from Sabine Pass, four each from Cameron, Corpus Christi, and Freeport, and one from Cove Point. They held a combined LNG-carrying capacity of 82 billion cubic feet.
The Henry Hub spot price rose from $4.56 per million British thermal units (MMBtu) last Wednesday to $4.67/MMBtu this week. Prices at major hubs settled within a band of $1.26/MMBtu. The Henry Hub price was the second-highest of the major pricing hubs.
Natural gas deliveries to U.S. LNG export facilities (LNG pipeline receipts) averaged 12.9 Bcf/d, or 0.1 Bcf/d higher than the previous report week.
