U.S. weekly LNG exports decreased by two vessels from last week, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) report.
In the latest Short-Term Energy Outlook, EIA reports that U.S. LNG exports dropped this week from the last report week.
23 LNG vessels departed the United States between 31 March and 6 April, which is two less than the week before.
Nine LNG carriers departed from Sabine Pass; four each from Cameron, Corpus Christi, and Freeport; and one each from Cove Point and Elba Island. They held a combined LNG-carrying capacity of 86 billion cubic feet.
On the other hand, the Henry Hub spot price rose from $5.34 per million British thermal units (MMBtu) last Wednesday to $6.25/MMBtu this week.
Natural gas deliveries to U.S. LNG export facilities averaged 12.5 Bcf/d, or 0.7 Bcf/d lower than last week.
