A fishing vessel called the “Ladies Straight” has gone to rescue passengers of another vessel “Joyce Lane” which is stranded in the lagoon south east of Naqaqalevu at Udu Point in Vanua Levu. Savusavu police confirm five passengers are on board Joyce Lane, however, no other details are known.
