DOF BOA AS has entered into an agreement to sell MV Skandi Hercules (ex. Skandi PMS II). Skandi Hercules was built in 2002 in China. DOF acquired 50% of the shares in DOF BOA in 2003 and additional 50% of the shares in October 2007.
