Liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports from the U.S. facilities increased during the seven days between October 15 and 21.
The U.S. Energy Information Administration noted in its weekly report that the facilities shipped a total of 14 cargoes.
The vessels had a combined LNG-carrying capacity of 41 billion cubic feet (Bcf).
This compares to twelve tankers departing the U.S. facilities in the previous week with a total combined LNG-carrying capacity of 42 Bcf.
Out of the fourteen vessels, Cheniere’s Sabine Pass shipped five cargoes, with three further cargoes from its Corpus Christi plant. Freeport LNG facility shipped four cargoes with the Cameron and Cove Point plants chipping in with one cargo each.
Natural gas deliveries to the United States LNG export facilities averaged 7.9 Bcf/d, or 1.2 Bcf/d higher than last week.
