According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) report, weekly LNG exports drop to 16 vessels, while the Henry Hub spot price rose week on week.
In the latest Short-Term Energy Outlook for the week between 14 July and 20 July, EIA reports 16 LNG vessels departed the United States. This is seven less than the last reported week.
Eight LNG carriers departed from Sabine Pass, four from Corpus Christi , two from Cameron, and one each from Calcasieu Pass and Cove Point. They held a combined LNG-carrying capacity of 61 billion cubic feet.
The Henry Hub spot price rose from $6.63 per million British thermal units (MMBtu) last Wednesday to $7.56/MMBtu this week.
Natural gas deliveries to all U.S. LNG export terminals declined by 0.2 Bcf/d (2 per cent) week over week to 10.9 Bcf/d.
